This custom classroom experience will take new hires through their core onboarding journey. Exercises and behavioral outcomes will build on the necessary learning objectives set by my consultation with leadership, and can include any of the following elements:

All 3-day workshops include a measurement plan and train-the-trainer curriculum for streamlined hand-off to in-house facilitator.
